1. Returns & Refunds Policy
1.1 New Hemp may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the products within ’14’ days when the product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause.
1.2 In case of fault/defect, you must notify us of your intention to refund/replace within 48 hours of receiving the goods. You can notify us by emailing us at enquiries@newhemp.com.au. We will evaluate your request and if it is a defective product, we will either replace or refund the product.
1.3 Any postage costs incurred are at the customer’s expense. If the product is defective Hemp Collective will cover the return shipping cost for the replacement item. The product must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for replacement.
If the product is returned as defective but is not found to be defective, Hemp Collective, will at our discretion, return the product to the customer at the customer's expense.
