PAYMENT POLICY

1.1. In using the Purchase Services to purchase the Product through the Website, you will agree to the payment of the purchase price listed on the Website for the Product (the ‘ Purchase Price‘).

1.2. Payment of the Purchase Price may be made through the Payment Gateway that New Hemp has on their website. In using the Purchase Services, you warrant that you have familiarised yourself with, and agree to be bound by, the applicable Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant legal documentation provided by the Payment Gateway Providers.

1.3. Following payment of the Purchase Price being confirmed by New Hemp, you will be issued with a receipt to confirm that the payment has been received and New Hemp may record your purchase details for future use.

1.4 EFTPOS is available from our retail store, Shop 4/451 Hunter St, Newcastle NSW 2300, for showroom sales and pickup orders.

1.5 All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. Prices quoted on our website include GST.

1.6 GST is applied to all orders within Australia on taxable items including freight. We cannot waive GST unless required documentation is supplied for Australian orders.

1.7 International orders do not incur GST, however, there may be import duties and taxes applicable to the destination of shipment that Fields of Hemp Pty Ltd cannot be responsible for. If you have questions about these taxes please contact your local customs office.
